SHAKE IT UP - 5 Killer Shakes
Whether you're eating to bulk up, slim down, or just maintain your fantastic body, your nutrition regimen probably includes a protein shake or two...or ten. That's because protein is an essential macronutrient for building and maintaining lean muscle mass!
Vanilla Coffee Shake
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla 100% WHEY
- 1/2 cup low-fat, coffee flavored ice cream
Soy Almond Shake
- 2 scoops Vanilla 100% WHEY
- 1 cup light soy milk
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
- Three drops vanilla extract
- 1 handful ice
- 1 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
(optional)
Banana Bread Shake
- 2 scoops banana protein
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
- 3/4 cup bran flakes
- 1 bottle of water
- (add ice or refrigerate for 5-10minutes before enjoying)
Berry Blast
- 2 scoops vanilla protein
- 8 raspberries
- 4 strawberries
- 15 blueberries
- 2 cups non-fat milk
- 1 handful ice
Banana Bake
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 2 scoops protein
- 2 tsp flaxseed oil
